Photography studio management software from booking to delivery
Clients book their session and pay the deposit, the session holds the studio and the photographer together, they pick their photos on a private link, and every photo beyond the package becomes a line on the invoice.
Coming soon — We are building this business's own tools now, and we do not want to hand you a dashboard that does not fit. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.

What wears an owner down every day
Picking photos over WhatsApp
You send dozens of photos on WhatsApp, the client types the numbers back, and you count by hand how many went over the package.
A photographer in two places
One booking in the diary, another on your phone, and the photographer or the studio ends up booked twice in the same hour.
Late deliveries nobody tracks
The photos sit with the editor, the prints with the lab, and the client asks every other day: when?
What Govia gives you
The diary
A shoot holds the studio and the photographer together, neither can be booked twice at once, and every session shows on the shoots calendar.
Proofing gallery
A private link per client with watermarked photos; they pick, see how many of the package they used and what extras cost, then send their choice.
Extra photos billed on their own
Every photo beyond the package becomes one «صور إضافية» line, and the line updates if the selection is reopened.
Delivery without the watermark
Delivering the chosen photos removes the watermark and marks the gallery delivered, with every gallery listed in one place.
Editing queue
A finished shoot goes to an editor with a due date and a notification, late jobs are flagged, and a review link lets the client approve or ask for changes.
Prints
A print order adds the lab’s line with its price and cost, and a delivery with its date under deliveries and prints.
Deposit and balance
A deposit on booking and the balance on delivery, invoiced as the project moves, with extras on one invoice after.
A photographer suddenly off
Their sessions that day go to an available colleague, move, or are cancelled with the payment returned, and each client is told once.
Inside the system

How your day runs on Govia
Booking
The client books on your page or accepts your quote, pays the deposit, and gets a confirmation.
Shoot day
The studio and photographer are held for the session, and the photographer is told about the new job.
Selection and editing
The gallery goes up, the client picks, and the project moves to an editor with a due date.
Delivery
Photos are delivered without the watermark, and the final payment and the extras invoice are raised.
Why Govia
Clients choose for themselves
No photo numbers in WhatsApp threads: one link where they choose and see the cost before sending.
Extras are counted
Every photo beyond the package is billed on one line, so nothing slips and the client is never surprised.
Delivery has a date
Every project sits with a named editor and a due date, and late ones show on the dashboard before the client asks.
Client and photographer both told
Booking a session confirms it to the client and notifies the photographer, so nobody waits on a message from you.
Arabic first, in your trade’s words
The whole system runs in Arabic, right to left, and names things the way your business does: client, patient, member or tenant.
Automatic WhatsApp messages
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders and verification codes reach your customers on WhatsApp without anyone typing them.
Local payments
Payment links with mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus instalments with Tabby and Tamara through Tap.
Tax invoices with QR
ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued with every payment.
On Riyadh time
Appointments, reports and reminders run on Riyadh time and the Saudi working week, wherever the system is opened.
An assistant that answers and prepares
Ask it about your numbers and screens and it answers, then prepares the action for you to approve with one tap.
Questions before you start
Does it suit product photography for online stores?
Yes. «تصوير منتجات» is a ready shoot type, and the client’s file holds the store name, link, social handle and VAT number for the invoice.
How do clients choose their photos?
Opening a proofing gallery creates a private link; the watermarked photos are uploaded there, and the client picks, sees the package count and the cost of extras, then sends the selection.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, automatic WhatsApp messages: a confirmation when the session is booked, a reminder the day before, and a notice if it moves or is cancelled, while the photographer or engineer is told about new work.
Do you support mada and Apple Pay?
Yes. Once online payments are switched on in settings, clients pay deposits and invoices with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, and Tabby and Tamara are available through the Tap gateway.
Are the invoices ZATCA-compliant?
Yes. Govia issues ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), showing the client’s details and VAT number when the client is a company or a store.
How long is the trial?
You start with a free trial from the sign-up page. Pick your business type and a starter service list and rooms are ready to edit; the current trial length is shown on the pricing page.
