Car detailing software from quote to warranty certificate
A quote accepted with a WhatsApp code that raises the deposit, an inspection at drop-off, job days that hold technician and bay, and a handover that issues the invoice and a verifiable warranty.

What wears an owner down every day
Warranties on paper
A client comes back a year later: which film, and when? The paper is lost and nobody can verify the warranty.
Was that scratch there before?
Without a recorded inspection at drop-off, every scratch becomes an argument at handover.
A bay booked twice
A multi-day job overlaps another, and you do not know how much film is left in stock.
What Govia gives you
Quotes accepted by WhatsApp code
Send the quote by link; the client accepts with a code sent to his phone, the job card moves to booked and the deposit is requested.
Vehicle inspection
An inspection at drop-off and a final check before handover: damage and paint thickness per panel, odometer and fuel, the client's acknowledgement, plus before-and-after photos.
Stations and job days
Each job day holds the technician and the station together; if either is taken, the day is refused whole rather than overlapping.
Workshop stages
Intake and inspection, prep, polish, apply (ceramic, film or tint), final check, ready for handover, on one board.
Film and product stock
Film is drawn by the metre and ceramic by the bottle from stock on the job card, with purchasing and suppliers alongside.
Warranty certificate per plate
Handover issues a warranty certificate on the car that was serviced, which anyone can verify by its link.
Warranty service visits
A service visit under warranty has no charge, no quote and no deposit, and is linked to the original job.
Deposit and balance
A deposit at booking and the balance at handover; a paid deposit is kept if the job is cancelled on its day after the bay was held.
Inside the system

How your day runs on Govia
Enquiry, then a quote
The client asks, you send an itemised quote, and he accepts with a WhatsApp code and pays the deposit by link.
Drop-off and inspection
The car is received and inspected panel by panel, and the client acknowledges its condition before work starts.
Job days in the workshop
Prep, polish and apply on a station held with its technician, with materials drawn from stock.
Handover and warranty
A final check, then the balance invoice and the warranty certificate on the plate, with free service visits later.
Why Govia
Built for protection shops
Job cards, stations, inspections, film by the metre and warranties: a detailing shop's words and screens.
A ready menu on day one
Exterior and glass ceramic, front and full-body PPF, heat tint, two-stage polish and interior detailing, with starting warranty periods to edit.
The warranty follows the car
The certificate is on the serviced car by plate, so its warranty is known even if it returns two years later.
A client portal
Clients follow their car's job card and stage, and see the warranty certificate and invoices on their phone.
Arabic first, in your trade’s words
The whole system runs in Arabic, right to left, and names things the way your business does: client, patient, member or tenant.
Automatic WhatsApp messages
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders and verification codes reach your customers on WhatsApp without anyone typing them.
Local payments
Payment links with mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus instalments with Tabby and Tamara through Tap.
Tax invoices with QR
ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued with every payment.
On Riyadh time
Appointments, reports and reminders run on Riyadh time and the Saudi working week, wherever the system is opened.
An assistant that answers and prepares
Ask it about your numbers and screens and it answers, then prepares the action for you to approve with one tap.
Questions before you start
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, an iPad or a computer, and the technician fills in the inspection on his phone. Choose your trade and your services, stations and technicians are set up.
Can the client accept the quote on his phone?
Yes. He opens the quote link and accepts with a code sent on WhatsApp; the job card moves to booked and the deposit is requested.
How does the client verify the warranty?
The certificate carries a verification link; the client, or a later buyer of the car, opens it to see the warranty and its status.
Do you support mada and Apple Pay?
Yes. The deposit and balance are paid through a secure link with mada, cards and Apple Pay depending on what the payment gateway enables; with Tap, Tabby and Tamara are available too.
Are the invoices ZATCA-compliant?
The deposit and the balance get ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase).
Can I move my data from a notebook or Excel?
You start with a ready service menu, and each client and car is recorded from the first quote or booking. If you have many existing warranties, book a demo and we will talk through the quickest way to bring them in.
