Govia is car wash software for fixed car washes, mobile car washes and detailing and protection shops (ceramic coating, paint protection film, tinting, polishing) in Saudi Arabia. The fixed wash runs on lanes, wash cards and fleet accounts; the mobile wash on a day board and the car's location; the detailing shop on job cards, vehicle inspections and warranty certificates.

  • Car Wash (fixed)

    The car arrives, you find it by plate or register it, and its ticket opens with the key tag and joins the lane queue at its size class's price. When it is done it shows ready for pickup, and the point of sale closes it.

  • Mobile Car Wash

    Clients mark where the car is parked and see their district fee, team and van are held together, an «on the way» message goes out, arrival is checked at the pin, and before-and-after photos land on the car's file.

  • Car Detailing & Protection

    A quote accepted with a WhatsApp code that raises the deposit, an inspection at drop-off, job days that hold technician and bay, and a handover that issues the invoice and a verifiable warranty.

Questions before you start

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on a phone, an iPad or a computer. Choose your business type and your services, starting prices and lanes, teams or stations are set up for you to edit.

Do you support mada and Apple Pay?

Yes. Invoices and deposits are paid through a secure link with mada, cards and Apple Pay depending on what the payment gateway enables; with Tap, Tabby and Tamara are available too. At the point of sale: cash, card and split payment.

Does it send WhatsApp reminders?

Yes, automatic WhatsApp messages: the booking confirmation and a reminder the day before, «on the way» for mobile washes, and a ready-for-pickup message when the car is done, if you switch it on.

Are the invoices ZATCA-compliant?

Every wash, every job card and the monthly fleet invoice get a ZATCA-ready tax invoice with QR (generation phase).

Can I move my data from a notebook or Excel?

You start with services and prices ready for your trade, and each car is recorded by plate and owner's mobile from its first visit or booking. If you have a long list of subscriptions, book a demo and we will talk through the quickest way to bring it in.
