Yoga and Pilates studio booking software for your timetable
A weekly timetable that holds the coach and the studio, members book from their pack's credit, a full class takes a waiting list, and a freed place goes to the first in line.
Coming soon — We are building this business's own tools now, and we do not want to hand you a dashboard that does not fit. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.

What wears an owner down every day
Booking in a WhatsApp group
Names typed into the group, a class full on paper and half-empty on the floor.
Last-minute cancels
A member cancels an hour before class, the place stays empty and the credit is not counted.
Coach pay on a calculator
How many classes did she teach and how many came? Worked out by hand at month end.
What Govia gives you
Class timetable
Weekly classes that hold the coach and the studio, so no coach is booked in two rooms.
Credit packs
Class packs with their balance, and a credit history on the member's file.
Waiting list
A full class takes names in order, and a freed place is booked for the first in line.
Late cancellation
Cancelling within 12 hours of class uses the credit, and the place is freed for someone else.
Drop-ins
Book a single class at its price without a pack.
Coach pay
A rate per class and per attendee, on a monthly statement.
Pack freezes
A frozen pack is not drawn from, and a member with an overdue invoice cannot book.
Cancel a class series
Cancel a weekly series from the timetable itself.
Inside the system

How your day runs on Govia
The pack
The member buys a class pack or a monthly unlimited plan.
Booking
She books from the timetable; a full class puts her on the waiting list.
Cancelling
Her cancellation promotes the first in line, and a late cancel uses the credit.
Month end
The attendance sheet and the coach pay statement.
Why Govia
A place is never sold twice
Places are counted under a lock, so the last one cannot go to two people.
The waitlist runs itself
No calls to fill an empty place.
Fair credit rules
Late cancels and freezes follow one set of rules for everyone.
Pay without a calculator
The statement comes from attendance itself.
Arabic first, in your trade’s words
The whole system runs in Arabic, right to left, and names things the way your business does: client, patient, member or tenant.
Automatic WhatsApp messages
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders and verification codes reach your customers on WhatsApp without anyone typing them.
Local payments
Payment links with mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus instalments with Tabby and Tamara through Tap.
Tax invoices with QR
ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued with every payment.
On Riyadh time
Appointments, reports and reminders run on Riyadh time and the Saudi working week, wherever the system is opened.
An assistant that answers and prepares
Ask it about your numbers and screens and it answers, then prepares the action for you to approve with one tap.
Questions before you start
Does the waiting list work automatically?
Yes. When a booking is cancelled, the place goes to the first waiting member who can book, in the same step. Close to class time, the place is offered to the first three waiting.
What happens on a late cancellation?
Cancelling within 12 hours of class uses the credit and frees the place. You can change the window in settings.
How is coach pay calculated?
Set a rate per class and a rate per attendee, and the monthly statement comes from attendance.
Do you support mada and Apple Pay?
Yes. Online payment takes mada, Apple Pay and cards, and with the Tap gateway Tabby and Tamara instalments are available too. At the desk you record cash and card on the drawer.
Are the invoices ZATCA compliant?
Yes. Invoices are ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued automatically with every payment.
Does it need installing?
No. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be added as an app from our install page with no app store. Updates arrive on their own.
