Sports academy management software: teams, training, belts and fees
Teams by birth year, trainings and matches that hold the pitch and the coach, a skill evaluation for every player, belt certificates for each pass, and fees that freeze for an injury.
Coming soon — We are building this business's own tools now, and we do not want to hand you a dashboard that does not fit. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.

What wears an owner down every day
A player in the wrong age group
Sign-up by name only, and a player born in another year joins a team that does not suit them.
Chasing fees
Who paid the term fee, and who froze for an injury? The answer is in the coach's notebook.
Guardians asking
When is training, and how is my son doing? Answered message by message.
What Govia gives you
Birth-year teams
Each team has its birth years, and a player outside them is refused a place.
Trainings and matches
On the timetable with the pitch and coach held, so two sessions never clash.
Skill evaluations
Technique, fitness, tactical understanding, discipline and teamwork scored 1 to 10.
Promotion tests
A belt pass issues its certificate once, verifiable by link.
Fee freezes
Fees freeze for an injury or travel, and the end date moves out.
Kit and stock
Kits, equipment and suppliers, with purchasing alongside.
Guardian portal
Guardians sign in with their mobile number to see and pay the player's invoices.
Documents
Membership card, evaluation report, certificate, attendance sheet, consent and tax invoice.
Inside the system

How your day runs on Govia
Registration
A sign-up or trial session, then a place on a team by birth year.
Every week
Trainings and matches on the timetable, with attendance taken.
Evaluation
Regular skill evaluations, and the next belt test.
Fees
The term invoice with a payment link, and a freeze for an injury.
Why Govia
Disciplined age groups
Birth year decides the team.
Verifiable certificates
A belt certificate with a verification link, not a photocopy.
Guardians in the loop
A portal on their mobile number instead of one-to-one messages.
Freezes by the rules
An injury does not cost the player membership days.
Arabic first, in your trade’s words
The whole system runs in Arabic, right to left, and names things the way your business does: client, patient, member or tenant.
Automatic WhatsApp messages
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders and verification codes reach your customers on WhatsApp without anyone typing them.
Local payments
Payment links with mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus instalments with Tabby and Tamara through Tap.
Tax invoices with QR
ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued with every payment.
On Riyadh time
Appointments, reports and reminders run on Riyadh time and the Saudi working week, wherever the system is opened.
An assistant that answers and prepares
Ask it about your numbers and screens and it answers, then prepares the action for you to approve with one tap.
Questions before you start
Does it group players by birth year?
Yes. Each team has a birth-year range, and a player outside it is refused a place on the team.
Does it issue belt certificates?
Yes. Passing a promotion test issues the belt certificate once per player and belt, verifiable by link.
Can I freeze an injured player's fees?
Yes. A freeze moves the end of the membership out by its days.
Do you support mada and Apple Pay?
Yes. Online payment takes mada, Apple Pay and cards, and with the Tap gateway Tabby and Tamara instalments are available too. At the desk you record cash and card on the drawer.
Are the invoices ZATCA compliant?
Yes. Invoices are ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued automatically with every payment.
Does it need installing?
No. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be added as an app from our install page with no app store. Updates arrive on their own.
