Rehabilitation centre software that puts every discipline on one programme
Each patient has a programme with a line per discipline, sessions booked against each discipline's approval, outcome measures charted over time, review meetings, and a discharge report issued at discharge.
Coming soon — We are building this business's own tools now, and we do not want to hand you a dashboard that does not fit. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.

What wears an owner down every day
Disciplines that cannot see each other
The physiotherapist does not know where speech therapy is, and goals sit in separate files.
A different approval per discipline
The insurer approves 12 PT and 8 speech sessions, and booking cannot tell them apart.
Transport by phone
The centre's vehicle is arranged by calls each morning, and patients do not know when it will arrive.
What Govia gives you
Multi-disciplinary programme
Physio, occupational, speech and swallowing therapy on one programme, each line with its session count.
Approval per discipline
Insurer approvals cap sessions per discipline, and an extra session is refused with the reason.
"Session 7 of 20"
Counted from delivered sessions, not just booked ones.
Assessments and outcome measures
FIM, Barthel, Berg and pain on charts, with goals on the file.
Team and review meetings
Review meetings update goals and bring every discipline onto one file.
Transport
Patient trips book the vehicle, with the pick-up address on the file.
Weekly series per discipline
A series of sessions on chosen weekdays per line, booked in full or with the blocked days named.
Rehab reports
Assessment report, treatment plan, progress report, discharge report, home programme and referral letter.
Inside the system

How your day runs on Govia
Referral in
Record the main diagnosis, referrer, mobility level and fall risk.
Multi-disciplinary assessment
Programme lines per discipline, then waiting for insurer approval.
In the programme
Book sessions against programme lines and update measures at every assessment.
Discharge or transfer
Discharge issues the discharge report; a transfer closes the programme with its account settled.
Why Govia
One programme for every discipline
The whole team works on one file with one set of goals.
Insurance per discipline
Each line books against its own approval, so one discipline never eats into another.
Controlled closing
Discharge and transfer close the programme only with the money settled.
Patient portal
The patient or their companion sees appointments and invoices with a mobile number.
Arabic first, in your trade’s words
The whole system runs in Arabic, right to left, and names things the way your business does: client, patient, member or tenant.
Automatic WhatsApp messages
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders and verification codes reach your customers on WhatsApp without anyone typing them.
Local payments
Payment links with mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus instalments with Tabby and Tamara through Tap.
Tax invoices with QR
ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued with every payment.
On Riyadh time
Appointments, reports and reminders run on Riyadh time and the Saudi working week, wherever the system is opened.
An assistant that answers and prepares
Ask it about your numbers and screens and it answers, then prepares the action for you to approve with one tap.
Questions before you start
Can one patient have several disciplines?
Yes. The programme has a line per discipline with its session count and approval, and booking is made against the line.
Does it support FIM, Barthel and Berg?
Yes. They are recorded under assessments and outcome measures and charted over time.
Does it organise patient transport?
Yes. The transport screen books patient trips on the centre's vehicle, with the pick-up address on the file.
Does it send claims electronically to insurers?
No. Insurance details are recorded, and the insurer's invoice and claim are produced inside Govia and tracked on the claims board. You submit them to the insurer yourself and type in the reference. Nothing is sent electronically.
Are the invoices ZATCA compliant?
Yes. Invoices are ZATCA-ready tax invoices with QR (generation phase), issued automatically with every payment.
Does it need installing?
No. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be added as an app from our install page with no app store. Updates arrive on their own.
